older adults ( 75+ ) who are in grief and depression searching for purpose and processing their life experience. My strength is an expertise in listening and quickly getting to the issues and encourage movement to change clients circumstances.

Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
This modality helps clients perceive another perspective on an issue they may have.
Play Therapy
this modality of therapy applies to children ages 6-11 years old. It requires the clinician to watch how a child "plays" and to validate and track what they do as a method of their communication to adults.
Grief Therapy
addressing grief and complicated grief and validating and being present to the clients grief stages help clients move through their grief and honor their grief in order to have a healthy outcome.
Imago Relationship Theory
this modality of therapy is training couples to actively listen to one another and therefor communicate better
