What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy, including your current concerns, goals and any relevant background information. This initial meeting will help us establish a comfortable rapport, allow me to understand your unique situation better, and together we'll start to outline a potential plan for our future sessions that aligns with your needs, and therapeutic goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am a fully present listener and collaborator with deep critical thinking skills, focused on solutions. I am a compassionate and open-minded person who respect human nature and provides a safe space for clients to trust.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

My extensive experience has equipped me with the versatility to adapt my therapeutic techniques to best serve each client and meet them where they are, whether they are dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, grief, interpersonal and/or relational conflicts, anger management or attachment issues.
