During our initial sessions, we will discuss the most significant issues that are problematic in your life. We will explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress.
My experience consists of working in schools, business and mental health settings. People tend to find my direct but kind approach helpful. I'm licensed in MA and hold additional certifications for employee assistance.
I work best with adults who want things to feel different in their lives. They may feel stuck, overwhelmed or need someone to talk to. Some people are ready to make changes while others just need a supportive and safe place to talk. We will help prioritize growth, set small attainable goals and figure it out together.
