I’m a Licensed Clinical Therapist in Massachusetts and Texas, with over six years of experience walking alongside individuals navigating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and more. As a Christian therapist, I offer a compassionate, faith-centered space for healing, growth, and transformation. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, grounded in empathy, trust, and evidence-based practices. Whether you're navigating trauma, relationship challenges, or emotional distress, we’ll work together to develop a personalized plan that honors your story, values, and goals. I integrate a range of modalities, including CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems, TBRI, and trauma-informed care—always tailored to your unique needs and pace.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is all about creating connection and comfort. We’ll spend time getting to know each other, discussing what brings you to therapy, and identifying your goals and hopes for the journey ahead. I’ll also answer any questions you have and explain what you can expect moving forward—no pressure, just a safe space to begin.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by my own experiences, faith, and a deep calling to serve others. Over the years, I’ve seen how pain and hope can exist together—and how transformative it is to have someone walk beside you in hard seasons. I became a therapist to be that steady presence for others and to offer a path forward through both clinical skill and spiritual insight. I bring a warm, non-judgmental, and down-to-earth approach to our sessions. Clients often tell me they feel heard, safe, and supported—especially when navigating difficult emotions or past wounds. I strive to create a space where honesty, faith, vulnerability, and even humor are welcome parts of the healing journey.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I specialize in working with adults and teens who have experienced complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and attachment-related challenges. I particularly enjoy supporting individuals seeking therapy that aligns with their Christian faith, while also respecting clients from all belief systems. My heart is to walk with those who feel stuck or overwhelmed, and help them find clarity, peace, and purpose through the therapeutic process. Through our work together, we’ll define what healing and success look like for you. I help clients set realistic, meaningful goals by exploring their values, identifying barriers, and building on strengths. Through consistent support and practical tools, I guide clients as they take steps toward lasting change—emotionally, spiritually, and relationally.

My treatment methods

Attachment-based

In our sessions, we’ll explore how your early relationships have shaped the way you see yourself and connect with others. I’ll provide a safe and supportive space where you can feel understood and accepted. Together, we’ll look at past relational wounds and work on healing them, while also helping you develop healthier ways to connect with people and manage your emotions. Our relationship in therapy will be consistent and empathetic, giving you a sense of security as we do this important work.

Christian Counseling

In our sessions, I’ll be combining psychological tools with Christian faith to support your healing and growth in a way that feels meaningful to you. If you want to explore your challenges through Scripture, prayer, and your spiritual values, this is a safe space to do that. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, grief, trauma, or big life changes, we’ll ground our work in Biblical truth while also using proven counseling techniques. I believe faith is a powerful source of strength and renewal, and together, we’ll see how Scripture and prayer can guide you through tough times. You’re welcome to bring any questions, doubts, or hopes you have about God—there’s no need to have everything figured out. We’ll walk through it together with honesty and grace, using both spiritual guidance and clinical tools to help you build resilience, find clarity, and deepen your connection with God.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In our sessions, we will use CBT to notice when negative or unhelpful thoughts come up and I will work with you to see those thoughts in a more balanced and realistic way. We’ll explore how your thoughts impact your feelings and actions, and together, we’ll develop strategies to change behaviors that might be keeping you stuck. You’ll learn practical coping skills that we’ll practice during our time together, and you’ll also have opportunities to try these new skills in your everyday life. It’s an active process, and I’ll support you every step of the way.

Grief Therapy

In our sessions, grief therapy will help you explore and express the feelings that come with your loss in a supportive and non-judgmental space. Grief isn’t only about the death of a loved one—it can also come from other significant losses, like the end of a relationship, loss of a job, major life changes, or even trauma. Together, we'll work on understanding your unique grief, finding ways to cope with difficult emotions, and eventually helping you adjust to a new normal while honoring your experience. There’s no timeline, and you can take this process at your own pace."

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

In our sessions, we’ll use mindfulness practices to help you become more aware of your thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations in the present moment. This means learning to observe your experience without judgment or trying to change it right away. Mindfulness can help you feel more grounded, reduce stress, and respond to challenges with greater calm and clarity. You’ll practice simple exercises during our time together and, if you like, you can use these techniques outside of sessions too.
