Welcome! I'm glad you're here. I believe therapy is a space where you can feel heard, supported, and accepted without judgment. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I work collaboratively with you to build on your strengths, develop practical coping skills, and help you create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to provide a compassionate and supportive environment where you can feel empowered to move toward the life you want.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, trusting relationship. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any questions or concerns you may have. There's no pressure to share everything at once—we'll move at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we'll begin creating a plan that supports your unique needs and goals.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to be themselves. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, so I meet clients where they are while gently encouraging growth at a pace that feels manageable. I balance compassion with practical, evidence-based strategies, helping clients gain insight while also leaving sessions with tools they can use in everyday life.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with adults who are ready to better understand themselves and create meaningful change, whether they're facing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, or feeling overwhelmed by the demands of daily life. My ideal clients don't need to have everything figured out—they simply need to be open to exploring their experiences and working together toward their goals. I value creating a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel empowered to build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and live more fulfilling lives.

My treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I use practical, evidence-based strategies to help clients better understand their emotions, manage stress, navigate relationships, and cope with life's challenges. My approach is collaborative and supportive, focusing on building skills that clients can apply in their everyday lives so they can feel more confident, balanced, and empowered.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients identify patterns of thinking and behavior that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, depression, or other challenges. Together, we explore new ways of approaching difficult situations, develop practical coping strategies, and build skills that support lasting change and improved well-being.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I incorporate mindfulness-based approaches to help clients become more aware of their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. Through mindfulness practices and practical coping strategies, I help clients reduce stress, increase self-awareness, and develop a greater sense of balance, resilience, and connection to themselves.
