New to Grow
Hi, I’m Shantelle, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the owner of Enrich Therapy Group. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions with compassion and clarity. My approach is warm, direct, culturally sensitive, and grounded in evidence-based care—I’m here to listen deeply, support your healing, and help you reconnect with the strongest and most authentic version of yourself. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for change - we’ll build a path forward that feels grounded, empowering, and aligned with the life you want.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
We’ll start by talking about what brought you to therapy, what’s been weighing on you, and what you hope to gain from working together. You don’t have to have the “perfect words” or a full story ready—just show up as you are. You are welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
One of my greatest strengths is my ability to create a warm, client centered space where clients feel heard, and understood—often for the first time. I balance compassion with clarity, helping clients explore their emotions while also guiding them toward insight, accountability, and the opportunity for meaningful change. I’m skilled at identifying patterns quickly, naming what’s happening beneath the surface, and translating complex emotions into language that makes clients feel validated. My approach allows me to tailor strategies from trauma-informed care, CBT, ACT, DBT, and attachment-based therapies so each session is personalized and practical. I bring a calm, grounding presence to difficult conversations, especially around trauma, relationships, identity, and emotional overwhelm. Clients often tell me they appreciate my ability to challenge them, offer new perspectives, and provide tools they can use immediately in their daily lives. Ultimately, my strength lies in helping people reconnect with their resilience, build healthier relationships, and move toward a life that feels more aligned.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
My ideal clients are individuals who are ready to explore a deeper understanding of themselves—people who may feel overwhelmed, unseen, unheard, or stuck, but still hold a quiet hope that life can feel different. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or a sense of “holding everything together,” my ideal client is someone who is tired of doing it alone and is ready for a safe space to unpack their experiences. I enjoy working with clients who are exploring: - Better communication - Emotional connection - Healthier boundaries - Reduced conflict - Healing after hurt - Identity - Racial or intergenerational stress - Life changes (career, relationships, parenthood) - Self-esteem or purpose - Faith-related questions My ideal client values a therapist who is warm, direct, and supportive.
