Highly recommend Tiara, she’s very personable, understanding yet picks up on meeting me where I’m at. She makes me feel heard and seen, very fortunate to have her as my therapist. I can say enough good things about her considering that I needed a therapist who could help all alongside me and allow me to heal at my pace and not feel judged. Despite my past trauma, I felt from my first visit with her that I’m in excellent hands. She’s a just a fabulous person and all around awesome therapist.
