If you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, or relationship stress, you’re not alone. A lot of adults and professionals come to therapy when things start feeling heavy, disconnected, or just not quite right. I work with clients who want to understand their patterns, build healthier habits, and create real change in their lives. My approach is gentle and practical, so you leave sessions with tools you can actually use. If you’re ready to start working toward that, you can book a session and we’ll get started together.
On our first session we will get to know each other. You can tell me your chief complaint of what is bothering you and keeping you from moving forward. Have you ever felt like the more you try and the harder you work, the worse thing get? Let's develop some new thought patterns and behaviors to address life in a more positive way. It's hard work but together we can accomplish a lot as long as you are willing to do the work.
What makes me unique is all my years of experience. This is not my first rodeo so to speak. My life experiences have made me realize that life is what we make it. With the proper tools and various therapeutic approaches we can turn things around. Most of my clients come back to me because I listen to their stories and together we work towards solutions.
People with anxiety and depression. Couples using Gottman approach. Infidelity issues building trust. Clients who have experienced trauma or grief. Ideal client follows exercises.
