I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Managing and Adapting Practice (MAP), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and biblical counseling. Additionally, I incorporate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman's Rapoport Intervention, and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) to empower clients to challenge irrational beliefs, communicate and manage emotions, needs, thoughts, and behaviors in a healthier, more realistic way.
