Feeling overwhelmed by stress, emotions, or complicated relationships? It’s time to make choices that work for you! As a California Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (since 2014) and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (since 2009), I offer a safe, judgment-free space where you can openly explore your thoughts and feelings. Together, we’ll tackle the negative patterns holding you back and work toward building a healthier, more balanced life. I’m here to actively listen, support, and help guide you through life’s toughest moments—with empathy and purpose.
In our first session together, we will begin with discussing the issue that you initially expressed or whatever is on your mind while informally completing the intake process. Then we will touch on topics that we can work on in follow-up sessions. We create goals when you are ready. My goal is to listen and support you while you work towards understanding and managing your feelings.
We work together to meet your goals. I listen, validate and encourage you to make the choices that literally work for you. You can make it through a situation alone however, with professional counseling you will learn how to express yourself in a healthy purposeful way. Casually exploring your thoughts and feelings may help you work to achieve satisfaction. I’m here to support you through your journey!
