What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will begin with discussing the issue that you initially expressed or whatever is on your mind while informally completing the intake process. Then we will touch on topics that we can work on in follow-up sessions. We create goals when you are ready. My goala is to listen and support you whiow you work towards understanding and managing your feelings.

We work together to meet your goals. I listen, validate and encourage you to make the choices that literally work for you. You can make it through a situation alone however, with professional counseling you will learn how to express yourself in a healthy purposeful way.
