Hello, i'm Randy. Despite having the title of being a therapist, I believe that no matter how many years of work experience a therapist has, and no matter how many credentials/degrees a therapist has, all of that goes out the window if they don't have the ability to click and level with their clients. Initiating therapy services may feel like a leap of faith; as one would have to initiate a process in which they will be meeting with a therapist who is a complete stranger to them in the beginning. So congratulations on taking the first step for seeking treatment ! I have worked with a variety of clientele throughout my career in the mental health field; which consisted of 3 years of working with adults, and 3 years of working with children/adolescents aged 3-17, as well as the adult population. My goal is to provide support to adults who are experiencing difficulties reaching their full potential in life due to both internal and external hardships.
In our initial session, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into particular challenges you're going through. This will help me create a structured plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
I hold a genuine passion for helping adults who are struggling with depression, grief, anxiety, anger management, family/relationship issues, and those who are experiencing difficulties adjusting to significant life changes.
I would like to be matched with client's who are trying to overcome symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief, or family/relationship conflicts.
