In your initial session, which I call "the vibe check", we will explore what brings you to therapy discussing current symptoms, history, & future goals. Together we will decide which modality we'd like to work from & create a game plan for moving forward together towards healing.

I believe my greatest strength is my unorthodox approach to therapy...raw, real, & unfiltered. I always say if you're expecting for our time together to look like what you may have seen on tv & movies...I may not be your cup of tea.
