I'm Brandon! Nice to meet you. I am happy you have found me here on your journey of health and recovery. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Military Veteran. I was an Intelligence Analyst for the Navy for 6 years before becoming a Licensed Social Worker, which has had me in the field for over 10 years. I can help by developing a trusting relationship to guide and navigate your reasons for therapy.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session will include an easy, relaxed overview of therapy and housekeeping duties (informed consent). I will ask what brings you to therapy and work with you to develop a plan you are comfortable with.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I offer a balance of deep empathy and analytical precision. My goal is to establish a foundation of trust where you feel completely secure exploring your story. From there, I use my clinical expertise to help you deconstruct complex issues and identify actionable solutions, ensuring our work together is both supportive and highly effective.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is anyone willing to show up when they are supposed to, that is all! Show up as you are and I will meet you there.

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

The goal in therapy is to make a promise to yourself to do your best with the tools you have. ACT allows the client and therapist to work together in the therapeutic relationship with a sense of trust and accountability. Many times, I have experienced that this treatment produces long lasting results.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Think before we speak. Think before we act. Change the way our thoughts are processed, and our actions will follow.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

We use DBT when emotions and feelings are way too high. Before we can get work done on ourselves, we must recognize that our emotions and feelings play a major role in our decision-making and behavior. Calm and accept our emotions, and the rest will follow.
