My therapy approach is always non judgmental, attuned, and integrates active listening as well as unconditional positive regard. In addition, my multicultural personal and professional backgrounds allow me to work with a variety of cultures. Also, I try my best to meet the client where they are and learn where it is they want to be/go in life. This allows me to assist them in accomplishing the aforementioned in compassionate, authentic, and realistic ways. I am big on psychoeducation and insight driven change and or healing. Although emotional regulation based and emotion focused therapy are integrated into my clinical style, I do not utilize them in therapy without cognitive processing, cognitive behavioral, and or acceptance based modalities as well. This is because our beliefs, automatic thoughts, perceptions of ourselves and others play a role in our mental health just as much as our emotional experiences associated with them, they are interconnected.
Hi, I'm Dr. Holly Siegrist, and I am a psychologist licensed in California with 17 years of experience. I take a strength-based approach, and I work with clients on spirituality and meaning making, creativity, dream analysis, relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, stress related to disability and other discrimination, grief, chronic illness, losses, and life change. My interests are in social justice, coping with discrimination, health and wellness, and resilience. My therapy style is warm and welcoming. I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion, and providing a safe space to listen to clients.
I have a Ph.D. in Psychology with Specialization in Existential, Humanistic, and Transpersonal Psychology from Saybrook University. I also hold a doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University, an M.S. in Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an M.A. in Disability, Health and Illness from the University of Leeds, and bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Comparative History of Ideas from the University of Washington, Seattle. I specialize in dream analysis and lucid dreaming therapy.
What drew me to therapy was my interest in social justice work while I was attending the University of Washington, and did peer counseling with students. I have always been interested in helping people, I enjoy hearing people’s stories, and I also find that in the therapeutic process I learn more about myself. Through my therapy journey I have gained much experience in working with diverse people. In addition, during my time at Saybrook University, I received training in spiritual approaches in therapy, and dream analysis and lucid dreaming therapy. I'm glad you are moving towards living a more fulfilling and happier life. I am here to support you so you can empower yourself on your journey of transformation.
Hello! I am Jeff, a licensed therapist practicing in California and Washington. I specialize in treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, and difficulties in relationships. As a certified ADHD therapist, we will work together in improving your focus, motivation, and time management. Moreover as an RLT trained therapist, I will provide support in resolving difficulties in relationships, emotional distress, and feelings of disconnect and isolation. I understand the importance of connecting with you. Your thoughts, emotions, and experiences are essential to the therapeutic process. I will help you identify and bring insight into core issues in your personal life and relationships. We will work together to discover your best self.
Jungian therapy will look at the relationship of your “self” to your experiences and look at problems as a symptom of something deeper.
Whether it be a thought or perception, dream, belief, value or current relationship that brings you to therapy, we'll look for what messages are coming to you from within. Tapping into your own creativity, we can use myth and metaphor, poetry, dreams, literature and art to explore your relationship to the problem.
I have over 20 years of counseling experience working with diverse individuals from young children to seniors. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, transitions, self destructive behaviors, codependency among others, so that you can overcome the blocks that keep you from living the life you deserve. I use an integrated and collaborative approach created to meet the unique needs of each individual while establishing a safe environment conducive to achieving goals, and moving forward.
I believe that true change happens when people are given the support they need in order to draw upon their own strengths to realize their full potential. I am very passionate about the work I do, compassionate, and believe that with dedication and commitment, you can live the fulfilling life you know is awaiting you.
A few comments former clients have said about me and our work together include;
“I’ve worked with a number of therapists before, but you are the only one that I felt truly cared.”
“I can't believe that after 8 years of depression and PTSD, I actually feel great after only 6 months! If you would have asked me if this were possible a couple years ago, I would have said absolutely not!”
I have worked with both short-term and long-term interventions and in diverse settings. My goal is your goal and together, you can achieve what you may have thought, or think, is unachievable. It is possible to not only overcome obstacles, but thrive and live a happy life.

Hi, I'm Alyssa. I believe therapy works best when people feel genuinely seen, supported, and accepted. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment. I enjoy helping people better understand themselves, navigate life's challenges, and create healthier patterns in their relationships. Whether you're facing a difficult season or seeking personal growth, I strive to provide a space where you can feel safe, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.
I am a psychotherapist and a theologian. I understand that people are imperfect, but there is always room for improvement. Oftentimes, when we expand our knowledge and skills in managing interpersonal relationships, we can experience more joy in life. As a therapist, I help clients overcome psychological issues preventing them from thriving in and maintaining healthy and meaningful relationships. Empowering individuals and couples and obtaining skills to help them live harmonious, confident, happier lives is satisfying.
I launched my practice for the purposes of helping clients increase self-compassion and build resilience in the face of adversity. We all find ourselves stuck at times and taking the step to start therapy is a radical act of self care. Through consistent support we can move beyond surviving to truly thriving. By first accepting who we are and processing our experience, we then are able to create change and can live more intentionally.

You’re an Asian-American professional who has achieved a great deal, yet you still feel unhappy. You may feel angry with the people you love most, anxious about what life may bring, disappointed when things don’t go your way, and frustrated with all of the above. You know there has to be more to life than simply getting through the day, but you haven’t been able to figure out what that is yet.
As a second-generation Korean American therapist, I understand both personally and professionally how difficult it can be to grow up between cultures, navigate family expectations, and develop a stable sense of confidence and self-respect. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I draw from CBT, psychodynamic therapy, supportive therapy, and mindfulness to help clients better understand themselves and develop the skills needed to create lasting, meaningful change.

I have been licensed for 35 years. I received my degree in clinical psychology from George Fox University. I specialize in PTSD, depression and anxiety. I use EMDR and CBT to address trauma. I enjoy helping people discover stories they have been living that no longer work for them. Hope is an essential quality to have as you embrace new narratives and ways of being in the world. I am committed to honesty and compassion as you discover new ways of being. I employ a style that is relational and collaborative. Faith has been an important part of my journey and I am comfortable incorporating that into your work if you desire.
I am a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist supporting individuals navigating trauma, crisis, addiction, anxiety, life transitions, and unresolved conflict. I work with first responders, trauma survivors, recently hospitalized, individuals with complex PTSD, postpartum depression, or other acute mental health diagnoses.
My approach is whole-person centered, exploring the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects of the journey that brought you here. Together, we’ll build resilience, deepen self-awareness, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
I specialize in holding space for the deep-thinkers and cycle-breakers, the individuals who have spent a lifetime looking inward and dismantling generational patterns, yet still feel the friction of a world demanding 'more' at the expense of 'being.'
My approach combines a lifelong passion for psychology and therapeutic processes with a multicultural, spiritually grounded worldview. As a mother, a doctoral candidate, and a business owner, I don't just teach boundaries; I live them. I am a 'Keturah-sized' bridge in the wellness gap for those who have cycled through therapists searching for a peer who truly sees them. Together, we intentionally move past the '15 tasks by yesterday' mentality and into a strategic, soul-deep architecture of rest, healing, and expansion.

This population ranged from men's only, women's only and LGBTQ+ Many of these individuals also struggled with anxiety, depression, trauma and eating disorders. I have also had the opportunity to work with adolescents at risk of sex trafficking. This work is extremely rewarding as the clients are at an age where they are most influential and willing.

Hi, my name is Chris Walsh and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California. Thanks for taking the time to consider letting me work with you as your therapist. I'm looking forward to hearing what brings you to Grow Therapy. I've been working as an LCSW since 1996 and I've been able to provide support for people with a wide variety of issues. What I love about being a therapist is that no two people are the same. I see my job as connecting with you where you are and supporting you as you progress toward your goals.
I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that something isn't OK right now. That something might be new, or it might have been around a long time. You might be able to describe it perfectly, or you might just feel off without knowing why. Either way — you're here, and that's the only thing that matters right now.
I start from wherever you are. No assumptions, no judgments, no one-size-fits-all approach. Just a genuine desire to understand you — what's brought you here, what you're carrying, and what you're hoping for.
Therapy with me — whether you're coming alone or with a partner — tends to be honest and occasionally even a little lighthearted. The human experience isn't black and white, and neither is the work we'll do together. What stays consistent is that you'll have a space that belongs to you, where nothing you say or feel changes how I show up for you.
For couples, that space belongs to both of you equally. I don't take sides. What I do is help you see the pattern you're both caught in — because most of the time it's the cycle doing the damage, not each other. When that shifts, something else becomes possible.
No matter what it is you are navigating — depression, relationships, identity, or the gap between how you show up and how you actually feel inside — you don't have to have it figured out to reach out.

We are all faced with challenges. These challenges can create limitations that interfere with gaining a sense of self, forming healthy relationships, and pursuing our goals. I believe we should not allow these obstacles to dictate how we respond to the environment around us. Learning healthy coping skills, challenging negative self talk, and setting effective boundaries can facilitate desired outcomes in our daily life. Given the opportunity, I would enjoy working with you right where you are. Let’s get to work!
I have worked in private practice and the school systems providing Educationally Related Mental Health Services (ERMHS) for almost 25 years. This has been my passion my whole career.
I have been married to my lovely wife for 20 years, together for 27 years and we have two beautiful children. Our son is 16 and our daughter is 13. I enjoy all things outdoors. Hi, I’m Jacob Mooradian. I earned my bachelor’s degree from CSU Fullerton and my master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University, where I focused on mental health and supporting people through life’s challenges. I take a down-to-earth, non-directive approach rooted in CBT, helping you understand the patterns in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so you can eventually become your own therapist. I love bringing in media like movies, TV shows, sports, and current trends to make our conversations relatable, engaging, and grounded in real life. My goal is to validate your experiences, help you gain clarity, and build practical tools you can use every day. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can show up exactly as you are and move at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we’ll create a warm, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow with confidence and independence.
I have always loved people and have been interested in forming deep relationships throughout my life. As time went on, this manifested into an interest in a career as a therapist. I use a variety of approaches in my work, depending on the needs of my clients, including client-centered cognitive behavioral with a psychodynamic perspective and mindfulness.
I believe self-exploration is an investment in you and your future. When we pay attention to our thoughts and feelings with kindness and compassion, we gain insight and understanding of our authentic selves. Hi there, I'm Elena!
Hi! I'm here to help you have the life you want, as sometimes life becomes challenging, and adjusting to life changes isn't always easy. I am glad that you prioritize your needs by coming here for help. I am Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I began therapy practice during my MA Program at JFKU in CA. For over 10 years, I've worked in various settings, including not-for-profit mental health agencies and private practice. I believe that treatment is a collaborative approach. I look forward to taking the journey of healing with you. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back.
This is my first career and something I have always been pulled to; my journey is a thorough reflection of why I work in this field. My path to becoming a licensed therapist was very intuitive-based; I went through experiences of pain, guilt, shame, loss of self, and the loss of my overall sense of life. Through my journey, I was able to understand pain and trauma, taking on a lot of spiritual remedies while turning my pain into passion, my passion into purpose, and my purpose into power as a healer. Due to my licensure journey, I not only understand the educational part of pain, trauma, and healing, but I also experienced painful and challenging moments myself, bringing me to a higher purpose for self and meaning of life! I am highly intuitive, empathic, gentle, and calm, and I am a good listener and healer. I have worked in addiction, with children who have autism and intellectual disabilities, PTSD, anxiety, depression, life coaching, spirituality, and connecting to the higher self.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, grief, and stress. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it on your own.
I specialize in helping clients reduce anxiety, improve mood, and feel more in control of their daily lives. Many of my clients are used to being the “strong one” for others but are now feeling drained and in need of support. My goal is to help you feel better, function better, and regain a sense of balance and clarity.
My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and results-focused. I use evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand your thoughts, manage emotions, and develop coping skills you can use in real-life situations. For clients who desire it, I also integrate holistic and faith-based support so therapy aligns with your values.
I provide a safe, supportive space where you can speak openly, feel understood, and begin moving forward with confidence.
You don’t have to do this alone—Hope Abounds.
