I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist committed to supporting adults as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward lasting emotional well-being. In my practice, I help clients reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and stress by helping you get unstuck. I do this by focusing on practical strategies tailored to your unique needs. I specialize in helping you identify and set healthy boundaries, improve your communication skills, and reconnect with your sense of personal empowerment. Whether you are struggling with relationship issues, life transitions, or the effects of past experiences, I provide a compassionate and collaborative space where you can safely explore your concerns. My approach is grounded in evidence-based techniques designed to address the root causes of distress and promote meaningful, long-term change. Together, we will work to help you build resilience, enhance your self-understanding, and create healthier patterns so you can experience greater fulfillment and balance in your daily life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll start by getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy at this time. I’ll invite you to share your current concerns, symptoms, and any relevant background information, so I can gain a clear understanding of your unique experiences and needs. Together, we’ll begin to identify your goals for therapy and outline a personalized plan for our work together. This initial session is also a safe space for you to ask questions, express your hopes or worries about the process, and let me know what feels most important to you. My goal is to ensure you feel heard, supported, and empowered as we begin your journey toward healing and growth.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths as a provider include my ability to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel truly heard and supported. I am skilled at tailoring evidence-based interventions to each client’s unique needs, drawing from a diverse range of therapeutic approaches to ensure the most effective care. My clients often share that they appreciate my deep empathy, active listening, and ability to help them gain new insights and practical tools for meaningful change. I am dedicated to fostering resilience and empowerment, and I am committed to helping clients navigate challenges with compassion, clarity, and respect.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am passionate about supporting women of all ages who are seeking greater clarity, confidence, and emotional well-being in their lives. Many of my clients are navigating transitions, managing stress, or facing challenges related to relationships, self-esteem, or personal growth. They are often motivated to make positive changes but may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. I provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore your experiences, develop healthy coping strategies, and build the skills needed to create more fulfilling and empowered lives. I facility you in reconnecting to and reclaiming your personal power. Too often, women sacrifice the awareness of our legitimate needs and give more weight to the other persons needs.

My treatment methods

Eclectic

As an LMFT who utilizes an Eclectic approach, I believe that every client is unique and deserves a treatment plan tailored to their individual needs, strengths, and goals. My experience with the Eclectic method allows me to draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, ensuring that I can meet clients where they are and provide the most effective support for their specific concerns. For some clients, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a powerful tool to identify and shift outdated beliefs and unhelpful behaviors. Others may benefit more from Internal Family Systems (IFS) or Inner Child work, where I guide clients to connect with and heal disowned or wounded parts of themselves, fostering greater self-acceptance and integration. Many clients find relief through Mindfulness-Based approaches, where I help them establish and maintain mindfulness practices to reduce symptoms and increase present-moment awareness. Additionally, I incorporate mind-body techniques such as somatic experiencing for those seeking to address trauma or deepen their connection with their physical selves. This helps clients release stored tension and live more holistically. For others, insight-oriented therapy provides a space to explore how past experiences influence current patterns, empowering them to create new, healthier habits. I am also experienced in facilitating dream work, shadow work, and communication skills training for clients who wish to explore these areas. Ultimately, my Eclectic approach is grounded in respect for each client's individuality. I am committed to collaborating with clients to identify the methods that resonate most with them, ensuring a flexible and responsive therapeutic experience that supports meaningful growth and symptom reduction.

Grief Therapy

As a certified grief educator, I help clients understand and gain insight into grief and help you process your grief. Regardless if you are grieving the loss of a dear one, a career, a major life change, or some other loss.

Gottman method

I use Gottman Communication Skills with clients to help empower them to set healthy boundaries, identify needs and to learn how to take the pain out of communicating.
