Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session builds connection: We’ll discuss what brings you here, your concerns, symptoms, and goals. I listen to understand your unique story. You can ask questions, share hopes or fears, and we’ll outline a personalized plan.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What sets my approach apart is a warm, nonjudgmental space where adults feel deeply heard and empowered. I tailor evidence-based methods to your needs--like CBT, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, communication skills practice and boundary-setting tools. I blend empathy with practical strategies for insights and change, according to your goals. Clients gain clarity on relationships, resilience against stress, and confidence to prioritize their well-being—turning overwhelm into fulfilling lives.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am especially well suited for clients who are juggling work life balance, creative or gifted individuals, and people exploring identify, values or life direction. You might be someone who wants to learn communication skills, set clearer boundaries, or handle everyday stressors with more ease. I also love working with clients who are intreste in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and curious about understanding their inner world in a compassionate, non shaming way. You don't need to be 'high functioning' or have your life 'sorted out' to work with me; what matters most is that you're ready to show up, be honest with yourself, and use therapy as a space to grow, heal and feel more grounded in your body and your relationships. To maintain stability and safety of our work, I ask that clients attend appointments regularly and provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel. If you miss two scheduled sessions without notice or cancel with less than 48 hours notice within a three month period, we may need to reassess whether we're the right fit and may discuss ending our work together or transitioning you to another provider. I'm happy to adjust scheduling or explore barriers if you're struggling to attend, so please reach out and let me know.

My treatment methods

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

As an LMFT who utilizes an Humanistic, psychodynamic and eclectic approach, I believe that every client is unique and deserves a treatment plan tailored to their individual needs, strengths, and goals. My experience with the Eclectic method allows me to draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, CBT, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, and Spirituality, ensuring that I can meet clients where they are and provide the most effective support for their specific concerns. For some clients, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a powerful tool to identify and shift outdated beliefs and unhelpful behaviors. Others may benefit more from Internal Family Systems (IFS) or Inner Child work, where I guide clients to connect with and heal disowned or wounded parts of themselves, fostering greater self-acceptance and integration. Many clients find relief through Mindfulness-Based approaches, where I help them establish and maintain mindfulness practices to reduce symptoms and increase present-moment awareness. Additionally, I incorporate mind-body techniques such as somatic experiencing for those seeking to address trauma or deepen their connection with their physical selves. This helps clients release stored tension and live more holistically. For others, insight-oriented therapy provides a space to explore how past experiences influence current patterns, empowering them to create new, healthier habits. I am also experienced in facilitating dream work, shadow work, and communication skills training for clients who wish to explore these areas. Ultimately, my Eclectic approach is grounded in respect for each client's individuality. I am committed to collaborating with clients to identify the methods that resonate most with them, ensuring a flexible and responsive therapeutic experience that supports meaningful growth and symptom reduction.

Grief Therapy

As a certified grief educator, I help clients understand and gain insight into grief and help you process your grief. Regardless if you are grieving the loss of a dear one, a career, a major life change, or some other loss.

Gottman method

I use Gottman Communication Skills with clients to help empower them to set healthy boundaries, identify needs and to learn how to take the pain out of communicating.

Provider is open-minded, and takes the time to learn your own believes, and then guides you through resolution based on your own belief system. She empowers you to be your authentic self and to love thy self.
