Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will get to know each other and we will discuss what brought you to therapy, the challenges you are facing, how you are feeling, and what your dreams are. I will also need some background information that will help me to address your needs and collaborative with you to create a personalized plan to help us work towards your goals together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My strength is my ability to offer unconditional empathy, support, and a nonjudgemental space to explore the emotions that brought you therapy as we work towards healing and growth.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love empowering individuals who are navigating challenges related to sleep, anxiety, depression, identity, PTSD, trauma, guilt, grief/loss, and neurodiversity.

My treatment methods

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I find in today's fast paced world, most people want to know how many sessions therapy requires. Solution Focused Brief treatment allows me to use an eclectic mix of therapies which allows us to not only discover what's behind our subconscious actions but also keeps the focus on solutions.

Grief Therapy

Grief is not something you "get over." It's something we learn to carry and there is no real guide to navigate loss. Friends and family mean well, and don't know what to say. Self help books can leave you more focused on the pain than healing. I offer a compassionate space to process your loss without judgement or pressure. Using evidence based, heart centered therapy, we will gently process the overwhelm, confusion, and heartache so you can begin to feel like yourself again. Even it everything has changed.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

Feeling exhausted by conflict, overwhelmed by emotion, or unsure how to make decisions without second-guessing. Clients tell me they "should" be able to cope, but they’re exhausted and unsure how to change things. DBT offers structured, evidence-based tools to slow things down and begin responding with intention. Together we will build step by step strategies for calm, handling stress, making confident decisions and creating relationships to feel grounded, clear, and connected—to themselves and the people around them
