About me

Hello! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California with 5 years of clinical experience. I strive to create a supportive, affirming space where you can explore challenges and work toward a more fulfilling life. My approach focuses on helping you build a healthy and grounded sense of self, deepen emotional awareness, and connect with your personal strengths. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a powerful method for processing trauma and reducing emotional distress. In my spare time, I enjoy playing pickleball, checking out local events, and being active outdoors.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session will begin with a brief overview of logistics and confidentiality. From there, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy. My goal is to understand your current concerns in the context of your history so we can start building a path forward that feels meaningful and manageable.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I prioritize creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel truly heard. I take a holistic view of each client’s experience and work collaboratively to support self-understanding and emotional growth. I'm especially attuned to the importance of building trust and honoring the complexities that each person brings into the room.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work well with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, identity development, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I have particular experience supporting LGBTQ+ clients, women, and those exploring trauma, intimacy, or sex-related topics. I’m passionate about helping people make sense of the past so they can move forward with clarity and confidence.
