About me

I welcome you with presence and compassion. As an integrative, holistic psychotherapist and Reiki Master Practitioner, my approach to healing is grounded in both evidence-based practice and mindful awareness. I honor the connection between mind, body, and spirit as we work together to release emotional pain, strengthen inner resilience, and cultivate balance and purpose. I support adults who are navigating anxiety, complex trauma, life transitions, relationship patterns, or periods of spiritual awakening and transformation. Many of my clients are sensitive, self-aware individuals who sense that true healing goes beyond talk therapy — it involves coming home to oneself. In our sessions, I offer a grounded, safe space where you can explore your story, develop new tools for growth, and cultivate self-compassion. Healing is not about fixing what’s broken — it’s about remembering your wholeness. Together, we’ll work to help you feel more empowered, present, and connected to the life you want to create.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

🕊️ What We’ll Discuss In our first session, we’ll cover: • Your reason for seeking therapy: what’s been happening in your life, and what feels most important to address. • Current symptoms or concerns: such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or life transitions. • Your personal history: including family background, relationships, work, lifestyle, and relevant medical or mental health history. • Your goals for therapy: what healing, growth, or change might look like for you. • Expectations of treatment: what you can expect from me as your therapist, and what I ask from you as a client — mutual respect, openness, and commitment to the process. This session follows a biopsychosocial approach, which means we look at your emotional, mental, physical, social, and spiritual well-being as interconnected parts of the whole self.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I offer a space to honor the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I recognize that true healing often involves more than addressing symptoms; it includes nurturing the deeper parts of ourselves that seek meaning, purpose, and peace. I invite clients to bring their spirituality, in whatever form it takes, into the therapy room. Whether your beliefs are traditional, evolving, or undefined, this sacred aspect of your experience is honored as a vital part of healing and transformation. Spirituality, in this context, is not about religion or doctrine—it’s about connection. It’s about your relationship with yourself, with others, with nature, and with whatever you may experience as a greater source of life or consciousness. For some, that may include faith, prayer, or meditation; for others, it may be mindfulness, energy awareness, creativity, or time in nature. My goal is to create a compassionate space where you can explore what spirituality means for you. This exploration can support emotional healing, self-awareness, and inner balance. It can help integrate the psychological and energetic aspects of your being—allowing for greater alignment, authenticity, and empowerment. Spiritual exploration in therapy is always optional and client-led. It is never imposed and always guided by your comfort level, values, and beliefs. As a licensed clinical social worker and Reiki practitioner, I integrate evidence-based psychotherapy with mindful, energy-informed approaches to support your unique healing journey.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I welcome all individuals who are ready to step into a deeper relationship with themselves — mind, body, and spirit. My clients often come to therapy not only to reduce symptoms, but to heal, awaken, and evolve. They sense there is more to life, more to themselves, and are ready to explore that with gentle guidance and grounded support. 💫 You may resonate with this work if you… • Feel stuck in patterns, relationships, or emotional cycles that no longer serve you. • Are moving through a major life transition, loss, or identity shift and seeking clarity. • Experience anxiety, burnout, or compassion fatigue, and want to reconnect to inner calm and purpose. • Have done personal growth or therapy before, but now long for deeper transformation or spiritual integration. • Are drawn to holistic healing, mindfulness, energy awareness, or somatic and intuitive approaches.

Integrative

My approach is integrative and holistic, blending evidence-based psychotherapy with CBT, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and spiritual insight. Drawing from trauma-informed modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed work, Inner Child Healing, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy, I create a compassionate, grounded space for deep emotional and spiritual healing. Sessions may include gentle mind–body techniques, grounding practices, and exploration of the “shadow” or wounded parts of the self — helping you transform pain into wisdom and reconnect with your authentic essence. Each session is collaborative, paced safely, and guided by your individual needs. Together, we work toward greater emotional regulation, self-understanding, and spiritual integration — so you can move through life with clarity, wholeness, and peace.
