My approach is holistic, intuitive, and gently direct. I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can feel comfortable expressing yourself openly. My goal is to help you reconnect with your authentic self and bring patterns or blockages that may be limiting fulfilling ways of living into greater awareness. Together, we explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion while developing practical tools to support healing, clarity, and growth. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I meet each client where they are, moving at a pace that feels supportive and empowering.

In our first session, we'll spend the majority of our time talking about how you've been feeling recently, and I'll ask questions to better understand why you may be feeling that way. I'll also ask about your history and background to gain a broader understanding of your experiences

I am to create a therapeutic space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and accepted without judgment. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique experiences and story. While I bring clinical training and professional knowledge to my work, I also draw from meaningful life experience that allows me to connect with clients in a genuine and relatable way. My approach is eclectic and collaborative. I integrate a range of therapeutic modalities and thoughtfully tailor the process to each client’s individual needs, goals, and pace. I’m deeply passionate about supporting people as they gain insight, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change and a greater sense of emotional well-being.

Many of my clients are seeking healing, clarity, and a greater sense of emotional freedom in how they understand themselves, their relationships, and their life patterns.
