(she/her)
Do you feel stuck, even though you’re capable and high-functioning? Are you searching for more meaning, clarity, or direction but aren’t sure where to begin? I specialize in helping motivated individuals move through blocks, gain insight, and create real, lasting change. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience supporting people in reaching their full potential. My approach is direct, practical, and holistic—integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, mindfulness, and structured goal-setting. I work collaboratively with clients who are ready to take action, using clear strategies and between-session practices to build momentum, shift patterns, and create a more aligned, purposeful life.
In our first session we will do a comprehensive assessment, confirm that we are a good fit, and from there will discuss goals that will guide our time together.
My niche is in working with clients who are ready to change, who are not in crisis or trauma, and who are ready to grow, change, move forward. My approach is holistic and I have a background in health and fitness as well as eastern practices/studies. I incorporate many modalities in my work.
I work best with adults navigating transitions—whether in career, relationships, or other major life changes—who are seeking meaningful support and forward movement. Many of my clients are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, or a general sense of feeling stuck, and are motivated to better understand and shift what’s underlying these experiences. I take a direct, engaged approach and work well with individuals who are open to active participation, including practical tools and between-session practices such as breathwork, journaling, and movement. My ideal clients are ready to take ownership of their growth, examine core beliefs and patterns, and implement new behaviors that support healing, resilience, and long-term change.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I have over 30 years of experience utilizing mindfulness-based and concentration-based modalities and find them to be effective in becoming more self-aware and in creating lasting change.
Positive Psychology
Positive psychology theory focuses on the positive aspects of human life, such as happiness, strengths, and fulfillment, rather than solely on pathology and mental illness. This method helps in improving overall wellbeing.
