I come from a strength based method to help each of my clients build on the unique strengths they poses. I implement EMDR therapy and Internal Family Systems to help increase a sense of internal connection and conscious processing. I support clients in learning how they make sense and how to stop internally warring with themselves. Through therapy client's gain the tools to set boundaries and learn to truly take care of themselves.
