I approach our first session with wanting to know exactly where you are and what you need today. This is because people usually book a therapy session while in some kind of emotional pain, or with a problem to solve. I assure you that you will feel more peaceful and calm with just one session, and you will leave knowing that you will be able to solve what is going on. We tend to be harsh and critical of ourselves thinking that will promote change when that only causes us to procrastinate and feel depression and anxiety. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session you can expect to feel better at the end. It is my intention that you feel seen, heard, and experience increased confidence regarding the issues that you raise during our session.

My greatest strengths center around approaching therapy from a humanistic and person-centered approach which puts you at the center. I draw upon eclectic modalities to tailor sessions to fit what you need so that you will progressively empower yourself to live the life that you want in every way.
