Having been on the other side of the therapist’s chair/screen , I know how important it is to feel emotionally safe and truly understood. I focus on helping people navigate relationships, especially the one they have with themselves. I’ve spent a lot of time training in how the subconscious mind works to create lasting change and heal attachment wounds. I’m a life long learner of the mind, body and soul. While education and professional experience are so important, I believe my personal journey has been equally powerful in shaping my ability to connect with clients on a deeper level and be an effective therapist. I’ve also explored many different healing modalities along the way. I’ve had the chance to experience life in different environments and work with people from all kinds of backgrounds. Personally and professionally, I’ve been exposed to challenges like mental health struggles, relationship trauma, parenting, abuse, life transitions and spiritual awakenings, which have deepened my understanding and empathy. As for my strengths, I bring warmth, authenticity, passion, intelligence, and a non-judgmental , down to earth approach. After being in therapy myself for nearly two decades and exploring other healing paths, I’m able to offer tools and insights that blend my education with my personal experience.

I use Psychodynamic Therapy to help clients uncover unconscious thoughts and feelings stemming from past experiences, particularly early relationships. By exploring these dynamics, clients gain insight into how their history influences their current behaviors and emotional responses. This deeper understanding facilitates healing and allows for the development of healthier coping strategies and relational patterns.
