Change is hard, not having the tools, direction and support make the process even harder. I can help you identify areas that may be keeping you stuck. I also provide wellness and behavioral health coaching in addition to traditional therapy. The atmosphere that is created in the therapy session is one of warmth, safety, and acceptance. I have a straightforward, interactive approach to treatment. I am passionate about my work and strongly believe in the healing benefits of therapy. Reach out to me, I’d love to help you help heal, connect, & thrive. Together we can create the life you want.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I use a comprehensive approach considering how all aspects of a person’s life can impact overall well-being. I work people from all ages and backgrounds, and see individuals dealing with any kind of problem or conflict within themselves, romantic, work, family, etc.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Primarily I specialize in working with individuals dealing with a variety of challenges including but not limited to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, and communication problems. In addition, I also provide behavioral health and wellness coaching.
