As a Marriage and Family Therapist for 15 years, I am excited to teach you the best tools and skills you need to start living life the way you want, in an enjoyable way. As a Licensed Therapist, Behavioral Expert, and Holistic Health Coach, I have a vast knowledge of healing that goes beyond traditional therapy. I use a holistic approach (meaning mind, body, & spirit) to help you shift from powerless to empowered. I am also a Christian Counselor and specialize in Christ based- healing and restoring, and can go through soul restoration with you, embarking on a journey of true healing doing of things like deliverance, breaking curses, and soul ties, as well as healing prayer work).
During our first session I will go over my policies and background, and then we will talk about why you are seeking therapy services.
One of my biggest strengths is my determination. I have always been determined to learn the best ways to heal and transform, as well as my determination that you get the results you are looking for in therapy. My clients report that I have a very welcoming, calm, and confident energy, and have a way of teaching that is not only easy to learn but fun. I don't believe therapy needs to be painful, but an interactive process of exploration, learning, growing, overcoming, and rejoicing.
