Hi there, I'm Mandy. Are you feeling stuck or held back from the life you truly want to live? Life’s challenges—stress, pain, and unresolved experiences—often settle in our bodies, shaping how we move through the world. These experiences impact our nervous system, relationships, and sense of safety until we learn to work with them. By gently turning toward these parts of ourselves, we create space for healing and growth. My goal is to support you to feel heard, seen, and empowered to transform these challenges. Through mind-body-spirit integration, you'll reconnect, find balance, and discover what transformation means for you.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, we'll take the time to get to know each other. I'll invite you to share what has led you to seek therapy at this point in your life, and we'll discuss your goals and hopes for our work together. This is also an opportunity for us to determine if we're the right fit for one another, and if my skillset can support you on your journey. You are welcome to ask any questions you may have about my approach as a therapist or about therapy in general.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
Whether you’re navigating emotional or family challenges or seeking deeper connection, reconnecting with your mind, body, and spirit can rebuild trust in yourself, fostering self-love and wholeness. If this speaks to you, you’re already showing courage. I’d love to support you—reach out when you’re ready.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I work with adults around anxiety, depression, family dynamics, relationships, and attachment patterns. My specialization extends to supporting individuals impacted by dysfunctional families and codependency, helping them navigate the unique challenges that arise in these circumstances. I bring compassion and expertise to our work together. With training in somatic therapy, I meet you where you are, honoring your unique lived experience. Together, we’ll focus on your needs and build on your strengths to support meaningful, lasting transformation. My practice is best suited for those who have a certain level of stability and are not currently in crisis. Together, we will build on the strengths and resources you already possess to promote growth and healing. Whether navigating codependency, rebuilding trust, or fostering healthier relationships, I bring a wealth of knowledge and empathy to guide clients in their journey toward resilience and recovery. My experience helps me connect meaningfully with individuals seeking to break generational cycles of dysfunction and build a foundation of lasting emotional well-being.
Somatic
Incorporating somatic-based therapy, I help clients reconnect with their bodies to release stored tension and emotional blockages. By using techniques like body awareness, breathwork, movement, and grounding exercises, we address the mind-body connection to foster healing. This approach supports nervous system regulation, helping clients feel more grounded, present, and empowered. Each session is personalized to guide clients in recognizing how their bodies hold emotional experiences and create space for physical and emotional release, promoting long-lasting transformation.
Attachment-based
I integrate attachment theory into sessions to help clients explore how early relationships shape their emotional experiences and behaviors. By understanding attachment patterns, we work to identify and heal any disruptions that may affect current relationships and self-perception. Techniques such as building secure emotional connections, fostering trust, and exploring past relational dynamics are central to creating healthier connections with others. This approach is tailored to each client, helping them develop a deeper sense of safety and emotional resilience in their relationships.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Internal Family Systems (IFS, Informed) I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients understand and relate to the different parts of themselves with curiosity and compassion. Rather than viewing reactions or symptoms as problems to eliminate, this approach recognizes them as protective strategies that developed for a reason. Together, we gently explore these parts, listen to what they need, and create more space for self-leadership, clarity, and choice. This work supports deeper self-understanding, reduces internal conflict, and fosters a more trusting and connected relationship with oneself.
