Hi! I am Armentria (Arme) Hill a Licensed Marriage, Children, and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. I have built a career centered on empowering individuals and families in the community through education and support. I am driven by a passion for fostering understanding and facilitating positive change, while gentling addressing the complexities of mental health. In our first session together, we will focus on getting to know one another and exploring expectations for therapy. We will also learn more about your personal goals for yourself and how we can navigate and implement practices to achieve those goals and overall wellness.
Having worked in various settings from being in the community to more restrictive settings, I have learned that the best thing I can do for my client is to be transparent and direct. I also use a focus solution approach to help and ensure clients stay on track with their personal plan to achieving symptom relief and goals.
Because I have been fortunate enough to work with children, adolescents, and adults from all walks of life with their own unique stories I have never limited myself to whom I am positioned to serve. I am dedicated to work with anyone who requires my assistance, and what I do not know I will always consult ensuring that clients remain priority.
