Taking the first step toward therapy is an act of courage and I commend you for being here. Life can feel overwhelming, especially when we’re just trying to meet our basic needs while navigating stress, anxiety, or emotional pian. I understand how difficult it can be to find balance and prioritize your mental health, especially when each day can feel so different. Some days are filled with hope, while others feel nearly impossible. My role as your therapist is not to offer a perfect life, but to help you develop the tools and resilience to face life’s challenges with confidence and self-compassion. I provide a safe and supportive space to explore feelings such as depression, anxiety, hopelessness, or emotional fatigue. My goal is to walk alongside you through your healing process wherever that journey takes us. I specialize in working with a wide range of clients, including children, adults, older adults, veterans, military families and individuals receiving short-term therapy thought Employee Assistance Programs ( EAPs). I use an integrative, personalized approach to therapy, recognizing that each individual brings unique experiences, needs and goals. My work draws from a psychodynamic foundation and incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Behavioral Techniques and a deep understanding of intergenerational trauma. Change can be both empowering and unsettling, but you don’t have to do it alone. Together we will uncover what’s been holding you back and move toward the life you want to live. If you are ready to begin this journey, I invite you to reach out today.

Hello, my name is Brigitta. I empower individuals to take back their lives by identifying their strengths, identity, and learn useful skills to help develop a future with hope and expectation. Together, we will explore what is making you stuck by utilizing a holistic approach and address issues of the mind, body, and spirit to strengthen you as an individual. I utilize elements of various modalities with each individual to find out where the wounds began, to close the doors to an unresolved past, to reframe negative core beliefs and its maladaptive influence, and to work towards healthy goals for your future. I can integrate faith-based counseling to build resilience and hope at your request. Our sessions will be a place of safety, growth, and rejuvenation for your soul. I will meet you with a non-judgmental and compassionate approach. As we build our therapeutic relationship, the process of healing and restoration will come. I cannot wait to meet you!

Hi there! I’m a therapist originally from Virginia, with deep passion for the LGBTQ+ and African American communities. My heart and practice has also been shaped by seven vibrant years in San Francisco. My approach is creative, compassionate, and affirming. I believe healing happens when we feel truly seen, and I strive to create a space where you can show up as your full self. Outside of therapy, I’m deeply inspired by music (of all genres), art, and all things creative. I bring that same spirit into my work, helping clients tap into their own resilience, insight, and expression.

Hello, my name is Claudia, and I hold an LCSW to practice therapy in California. As a neurodivergent, queer practitioner, I am deeply engaged in the ongoing spiritual reclamation of my lineage. I come from generations of artists, dancers, and poets, and my approach reflects the creative, embodied wisdom of those who came before me. My work is designed to help individuals and organizations implement nonviolent communication, healing justice practices, and integration strategies that foster authenticity and alignment in daily life—through creativity, mindfulness, and somatics. Rooted in a community organizing foundation, my consulting work is highly strategic and intentionally targeted. I collaborate with organizations and individuals ready to embrace new approaches to solution-seeking—grounded in transformative justice, liberation, and nervous system regulation—while applying ancestral, intergenerational wisdom to sustain meaningful progress. I offer short-term, deeply immersive work that ensures rapid but lasting transformation, with results typically realized within 3 to 6 months. My approach is not just about conceptual change but about daily embodiment, where new habits of expansion and love are integrated into every dimension of life. Additionally, I provide multi-modality, creative expansion immersive art installations—transformational experiences designed to activate lasting shifts in one encounter. These immersive practices harness the wisdom of our five senses, rewiring internal narratives and dismantling restrictions that keep us stuck. If this resonates, let’s connect and explore how we can co-create something powerful together.

Hello and welcome! I’m glad you are here. A little bit about myself, I have been working in the mental health field for over 15 years, and it has been a meaningful journey. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, with a focus on Mental Health. I gained an understanding of the importance of accessible and compassionate care. As I gained experience, I developed an interest in family systems and decided to further my education by pursing a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Since then, I have had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, families, and children, providing both individual therapy and group facilitation. In 2020, I became a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Through this journey, I have had experiences that allowed me to better understand the broader systems that impact people’s lives and to focus on finding collaborative, strength-based solutions that support real, lasting change.

My focus is on cognitive behavioral therapy and complicated grief therapy. Sometimes we have to face our losses to be able to move forward, sometimes we have to confront our negative thoughts to clear our mind and focus on what is in front of us now. We try to cope with the world’s challenges based on the values and strengths we built during childhood, but there are many ways to rekindle our creativity and joy as adults to re imagine a new path. I am a compassionate listener who can hold a non- judgemental space for patients to share their beliefs, desires and concerns.

I bring both professional and personal experience to my work as a therapist. Having a bipolar diagnosis has given me a unique perspective on the challenges of navigating the institutional and often stigmatized aspects of mental health and the impact on day-to-day life. This lived experience allows me to approach therapy with empathy, a genuine curiosity and appreciation for each client’s journey. Professionally, I’ve worked in psychiatric residential treatment, addiction medicine, youth detention and family practice settings. These experiences have strengthened my ability to support clients through a wide range of concerns, from mood and anxiety challenges to relationship and life stressors. I utilize a lot of somatic and sensory-based tools focusing on emotion and nervous system regulation, including brainspotting, sound therapy, aromatherapy, meditation techniques and other mindfulness tools. Alongside these approaches, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to examine and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop healthier coping strategies. I have extensive experience supporting clients with addictions, complex PTSD and trauma history, ADHD, BPD, bipolar, schizophrenia and other psychiatric conditions, allowing me to meet individuals with both compassion and clinical expertise. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel supported, reconnect with themselves, cultivate resilience, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

Psychotherapy relies heavily on the rapport between therapist and client, without it growth and trust cease to exist. I work towards understanding your needs and wants in a nonjudgmental safe, supportive, and empathetic environment. I believe mental health issues are a symptom of deeper, unresolved emotional issues and childhood wounds. I work with teenagers 13+ and adults. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy to help identify irrational thoughts and faulty thinking that are the main culprits behind anxiety and stress. I also utilize psychodynamic therapy to help uncover past issues, such as family dynamics and childhood issues. My full fee is $200 for individuals and $250 for couples, however I do work on a sliding scale as well.

Hello! I’m a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to recognizing the inherent worth of every individual, even in challenging times. Residing in a cozy cabin in the San Diego mountains, I often incorporate nature into the healing journey. I provide in-person therapy for individuals and couples around a campfire, as well as virtual sessions or a combination of both. As your clinician, I will meet you where you are, offering support without blame or judgment. While I may not have all the answers, I'm here to listen to your goals and accompany you on your path to achieving them. If you're feeling unsure about your direction, that is completely okay—we can navigate that together.

My goal is to increase self compassion and compassion for others as individual women and girls navigate their personal, academic and professional lives via telephone sessions. Due to a back injury which prevents me from sitting for long periods of time, I am only taking individual female clients over the age of 13 for telephone sessions throughout the state of California. If you are in the SF Bay Area, I am available for in person walk and talk sessions at a quiet, safe, tranquil, peaceful, tree lined, flat, paved nature trail at a nearby gorgeous, well maintained local park if you are in the East Bay, Alameda or Contra Costa County of the San Francisco Bay Area. I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family, comedy, theatre, filmmaking, creative writing, improvisation, nature, traveling, film and television, documentaries, dancing and making art of all kinds. I graduated from the High School for Performing and Visual Arts in Houston, Texas. In college, I studied theatre, documentary film and creative writing. I have a BA from Columbia College Chicago. While in Chicago, I was on the faculty at the Second City Training Center where I directed and co-wrote original sketch comedy revues and taught acting and improvisation to children, teens and adults. I received my master's in clinical psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles. I am currently based in the East Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area.

Hello, My name is Thalia Diaz, and I'm thrilled to have been connected with you! As a therapist, I strive to create a warm, caring, and non-judgmental space to work with clients. I am aware that the times in which talk-therapy is sought out are also the times in which life feels overwhelming. Whatever that struggle may be, I believe that the human spirit is strong and capable of healing. I am passionate about working alongside my clients to heal those wounds and setting them up to be able to reach the goals they've set for their futures. Though I have experience working with a wide range of people, my passion is to help young adults who struggle with trauma, depression, grief, and/or anxiety to process their life stories, strengthen their sense of identity, and develop the skills needed for the life they desire.
