New to Grow
I am licensed in California with 8 years of professional work experience. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
In therapy sessions, you can expect to feel heard, understood, and supported in a judgment-free environment. As we walk together through this journey, I will support you in understanding yourself at a deeper level and take the opportunity to implement healthier coping skills to manage life's challenges, changes, and create meaningful experiences.
I work from a strength-based lens, allowing those I serve to educate me on their experiences, understand their struggles, concerns, and goals in life and therapy.
I am currently focusing on supporting adults seeking help with managing stress, anxiety, relationship issues, low motivation, low self-esteem, confidence, & depression. I also have experience and look forward to helping with managing and working through major life changes, whether it be a separation in a relationship, relocating, a career change, adjusting to a new stage in life, or difficulty with societal expectations.
