Psychodynamic
Psychodynamic therapy focuses on how unconscious processes, past experiences, and early childhood relationships shape a person's feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. Therapists help clients gain insight by uncovering hidden patterns and connecting past conflicts with current struggles, fostering emotional expression and leading to significant personal growth and long-term change.
Attachment-based
In therapy, we will focus on unconscious attachment styles and how they contribute to your current struggles.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I can utilize some CBT concepts in therapy. This consists of understanding how your thinking and belief systems play a role in your current challenges in your mental health, relationships, etc.
Psychoanalytic
I am currently a training analyst, which is a more intensive form of psychodynamic therapy, typically involving multiple sessions per week.

Open-minded and brought up several generalized examples of perhaps why my husband & I disagree. Mario brought up good suggestions as a starting point in the process of fixing our relationship. We look forward to further sessions to allow each other to be heard finally, so we can work towards salvaging our relationship and especially to avoid separation or divorce.

I'm already experiencing positive impacts. I note that insights come up even as we're talking. I take this as a good indicator that Dr. Rocha is exactly the right therapist for me. I'm looking forward to receiving more of his insights and feedback. I am certain that he will challenge me in a healthy way.
