Conduct a clinical assessment, get to know each other, establish treatment goals.
I am dedicated to helping you heal and grow on your journey to becoming your true self. Life is often filled with obstacles and unexpected difficulties. Psychotherapy, like life, is a process and a journey of discovery. Like life, there cannot be growth without growing pains. Individual or couples therapy can be the opportunity you have been waiting for to change your life.
If you are looking to learn more about yourself and understand how you can grow and change through the process of psychotherapy, this is the place for you.
Psychodynamic therapy focuses on how unconscious processes, past experiences, and early childhood relationships shape a person's feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. Therapists help clients gain insight by uncovering hidden patterns and connecting past conflicts with current struggles, fostering emotional expression and leading to significant personal growth and long-term change.
In therapy, we will focus on unconscious attachment styles and how they contribute to your current struggles.
I can utilize some CBT concepts in therapy. This consists of understanding how your thinking and belief systems play a role in your current challenges in your mental health, relationships, etc.
I am currently a training analyst, which is a more intensive form of psychodynamic therapy, typically involving multiple sessions per week.
