My treatment methods

Psychodynamic

Psychodynamic therapy focuses on how unconscious processes, past experiences, and early childhood relationships shape a person's feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. Therapists help clients gain insight by uncovering hidden patterns and connecting past conflicts with current struggles, fostering emotional expression and leading to significant personal growth and long-term change.

Attachment-based

In therapy, we will focus on unconscious attachment styles and how they contribute to your current struggles.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I can utilize some CBT concepts in therapy. This consists of understanding how your thinking and belief systems play a role in your current challenges in your mental health, relationships, etc.

Psychoanalytic

I am currently a training analyst, which is a more intensive form of psychodynamic therapy, typically involving multiple sessions per week.
