I am multi-passionate therapist practicing in Pennsylvania. In my private practice I specialize in providing therapy to adults and children as well as couples who are faced with the stressors of life and help with building skills and decision making. I am committed to helping others stop suffering in silence and not only learn how to navigate the complexities of your everyday life but find ways to thrive in the experience rather than just deal with it. I enjoy working with others and helping people who are finding themselves in turmoil or disconnected in their relationships and help them to learn new ways to open up communicate, deepen their connection and revitalize their relationships with others. I am an avid believer in the importance of living mindfully and I bring my own experience in mindful living into sessions with my clients. I live in the South-Central part of Pennsylvania with my wife and 3 children.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we will begin with brief introductions and answer any questions you may have regarding the online therapeutic process. Brief overview of what to expect and then discuss overall goals you may have as a patient. WE will develop a plan and begin to work towards achieving those goals.

I believe my biggest strengths are my willingness to learn and listen and hearing you as the client and developing goals and a treatment plan to effectively assist in learning skills to work through the stressors you may be working through.
