These patterns can make us feel stuck and lead to struggles with anxiety and depression. Using CBT, along with my guidance, will enable you to gain a better understanding of your emotions, behaviors and motivations.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I am a DBT certified therapist. DBT focuses on developing skills to manage emotions and improve interpersonal relationships. DBT is helpful because it combines emotional acceptance and change strategies in a practical, structured way.
