With over 25 years of clinical experience, I bring a deep, steady, and compassionate presence to therapy. What stands out about my approach is my ability to combine evidence-based methods with genuine warmth and encouragement, creating a space where clients feel both supported and empowered. In addition to individual therapy, I have a passion for conducting group telehealth sessions. Beginning in 2020, I worked with community agencies to provide stress management skills during the pandemic, helping clients navigate uncertainty and restore balance in their lives. Even as a beginner in telehealth groups, I witnessed positive outcomes and meaningful client growth, which reinforced my love for collaborative, skills-based work.
