Hello and welcome! Making the decision to enter therapy and finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. My goal as a therapist is to create a strong partnership, where you can feel completely comfortable to "let go" and work towards a happier and healthier future. Whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, or just the heaviness of everyday life, I will adjust my therapeutic approach to meet your needs. While I will always be in your corner, I will also challenge you and push you to identify patterns and barriers that stand in your way of personal growth. I aim to provide practical solutions, insight, and coping strategies while working at a pace that feels safe and comfortable to you. Apart from being a therapist, I am a mother of three little kids and one fur-baby (a pitbull named Rue). I truly love the work that I do and I look forward to supporting you towards positive change. If you think we would be a good fit for each other, give me a call and let’s get started!
In our first session together, we will get to know each other and I will ask you about your goals and intentions for therapy.
I utilize a strength-based approach and adjust my treatment methods based on individual needs. I enjoy using cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and person-centered approaches.
My biggest strength is being able to connect with individuals from all walks of life. I especially like working with ages 16-40.
I really enjoy working with adolescents and young adults, specifically ages 16-40 (although I am open to anyone 16 and older).
