Gina Saunders
Welcome! I’m Gina. First off, take a second to give yourself credit for being here. Taking that first step toward therapy is a big deal and honestly, it can feel empowering, confusing, and a little scary all at once. I am a licensed therapist that has been working in the field for over 15 years.
My goal is to help you build practical tools, set healthy boundaries, and finally create the vibrant, fulfilling life you deserve.
I have been in outpatient care for the past 8 years and have experience working with all ages.
First session
After your first session with me, I hope that you feel a profound sense of relief, hope, and clarity.
Strengths
My goal is to help you build practical tools, set healthy boundaries, and finally create the vibrant, fulfilling life you deserve. Whenever you're ready to chat, I'm here to listen.
Ideal clients
I am best fit to support those that often feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, burnout, or low motivation. Many of the clients I work with struggle with time management, emotional regulation, or maintaining boundaries, which leaves them feeling exhausted and disconnected from the life they want to live. If you've been feeling anxious or hesitant about starting therapy, but are ready to show up authentically and are actively looking for practical tools rather than just a place to vent, I will be your partner in your mental health journey helping you set realistic boundaries, untangle heavy moods, and build sustainable daily routines.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I utilize CBT to help support those with anxiety and depression by teaching practical skills to break the cycle of unhelpful thoughts, physical feelings, and behaviors maintaining anxiety and depression. For those with ADHD, CBT targets time-management, organization, procrastination, and negative thought patterns (like all-or-nothing thinking).
