In the first session we will discuss your expectations for therapy, while getting to know one another. We will identify your personal reasons for seeking therapy and develop some initial goals to set the tone for future sessions.

My greatest therapeutic strength is my ability to promote and stimulate individuals toward introspective processes and the exploration of their own psyche.

My ideal client is self-searching and willing to explore their own internal dialogue with a willingnes to develop new skills in mindfulness or has a foundation and history of mindful practices. The client should be seeking to change something and willing to challenge their own biases and thought processes.

I choose Joe Daniels because I thought it would be nice to have male feedback. The session was good, I appreciated that Joe laughed with me. I have a sense of humor and laughter helps me through the day . I was impressed that he was able to discuss my medical issue with me. It was a good session.
