Hi there, I'm Megan. Are you ready to unlock your full potential and lead a life you love? What if I told you that you have the power to transform your symptoms into sources of strength and resilience? I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship, where you can feel safe, heard, and understood without judgment. My approach is client-centered and holistic, which means that your needs and goals are at the forefront of our work together and we will focus on healing the mind, body, and spirit. My passion is to assist individuals like you in navigating life's challenges, building resilience, and finding the inner strength to overcome obstacles. I am a compassionate and devoted therapist with a strong commitment to helping individuals and families overcome the challenges of anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am dedicated to helping clients on their journey toward emotional well-being and an improved quality of life. Together, we will work to explore your strengths, motivation, and unique path to recovery. If you're seeking a therapist who combines empathy, expertise, and a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, please don't hesitate to reach out. I look forward to assisting you in your pursuit of a happier and healthier life.
Our first session will be all about getting to know each other and what you would like to achieve by attending therapy. I really love to get to know my clients on a deeper level during that first session so that I'm able to gain a better understanding of the problem, and how I can best work with you through treatment.
My specialization in anxiety and depression allows me to provide targeted and evidence-based interventions to help clients manage and overcome these challenges. I have experience working with all age groups (from toddlers to geriatric clients). My therapeutic strategies are adapted to meet the unique developmental and emotional needs of each individual. With certification in eco-systemic structural therapy, I am well-equipped to help families navigate complex interpersonal dynamics and relationships. This approach considers the interconnectedness of systems and helps create healthier, more functional relationships.
**I am currently not accepting any couples for couples' counseling**
I love using motivational interviewing in my style of therapy because it's collaborative, not confrontational. I use it to guide the client in exploring their own motivations, desires, and barriers to change while also emphasizing empathy, acceptance, and understanding.

When looking for a therapist, I was told I would likely need to shop around to find a good fit. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. When I first met Megan, I told her my needs and goals from the start. I told her I wear my emotions on my sleeve and talk a lot. She accepted me for me from the start. I look forward to every session with Megan. She listens, provides thought-provoking questions, and helps me identify how to approach situations differently. I would recommend Megan to absolutely anyone.
