Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) located in Pennsylvania. I obtained my Master’s degree from Carlow University and have been working in this field for five years. My focus is to support individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, complex trauma, and relationship challenges, guiding them towards reaching their maximum potential. In addition, I have experience working with individuals from various ethnic backgrounds, and I maintain a strong cultural awareness during counseling sessions.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, we will begin with brief introductions before moving on to discuss the specific challenges you are experiencing. This approach will help me to formulate a personalized plan for us to address in our future sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with young adults as well as individuals aged 65 and older, I have crafted a reliable strategy to assist you in a) recognizing and connecting behavioral patterns to increase your awareness of challenges, and b) developing a customized plan aimed at achieving measurable objectives.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with individuals who are seeking to heal from their childhood trauma. My clients are motivated to make progress, they often lack the necessary tools to embark on their healing journey. Many of them feel confused, depressed, and anxious about how to start the process of recovery. This frequently results in unresolved trauma that manifests in relationships, where individuals may project their emotional pain onto those close to them, particularly their partners.
