We will work on getting to know where you are at and where you wish to go in our first session and we will establish a plan within the upcoming sessions, and adjust that ongoing as necessary.
I tend to use a variety of modalities, tailored to your specific situation - including cognitive behavioral therapy, nurtured heart approach, and tools that can help alleviate symptoms of anxiety such as EFT.
I have worked with adults and children for the past 20 years on a variety of issues. I provided school based counseling and never knew what a student was going to present, so my experience is broad, but many had anxiety and ADHD symptoms. Adults presented with anxiety, depression and relationship issues and I've have had a lot of experience assisting adults experiencing these symptoms. And there are times I have referred a client out for something I do not feel qualified to address, too.
