Together, we gently uncover and make sense of suppressed or unprocessed experiences, gaining insight into how early experiences continue to influence your present-day circumstances.
I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, and patterns of avoidance or coping that no longer serve them. I also work with clients seeking to reduce or change substance use when it has become a way of managing unresolved experiences.
I have extensive experience supporting individuals with complex trauma, including childhood neglect, attachment wounds, and foster care experiences. My trauma-informed, psychodynamic approach integrates insight-oriented exploration with CBT to enhance self-understanding, emotional regulation, and lasting, meaningful change.
