My goal is to provide you with skills that you can take and maintain even after you complete your therapy journey with me. I focus on helping my clients understand and take control of their emotions which can help improve day to day life/ triggers. I believe through self awareness of ourself and understanding of ourself we can overcome any challenges.

In our first session I will focus on getting to know you, provide a safe space, and relieve any anxiety or concerns related to therapy
