I am experienced in working with adults who experience anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, difficult life transitions, and addiction.

Utilizing a variety of methods, including ACT, CBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care, I focus on breaking through emotional barriers and fostering personal growth. I have a love for helping others, with good powers of observation and evolved listening skills. My style includes patience, trust and respect, with a little bit of humor. Working in collaboration with the client to come up with the best approach that makes the client comfortable and safe and will produce the best outcome. I use supportive therapy with active listening.
I love working with adult men and women who need some support working through life's challenges. I believe in creating practical interventions and being alongside the person as they apply the news skills developed in therapy. Good rapport is critical for a client to feel safe and respected, the need to know a therapist "has your back" is my most important consideration. I am experienced working with adults who experience anxiety,depression, relationship conflicts, co-denedncy, difficult life transitions and addiction.
CBT assists the client in identifying core values that may not serve them well. It focuses on the present and aims to improve mental well-being by addressing current issues and developing coping strategies. After completing a session a client can continue processing information by completing a journaling assignment or self care plan.
Motivational interviewing helps assist clients in identifying their level of motivation to change and identify discrepancies in their goals and behavior. Motivational interviewing techniques build empathy and create open-ended conversation.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on helping individuals live a more fulfilling life by accepting difficult thoughts and feelings and committing to actions aligned with their values. It emphasizes being present, cultivating self-awareness, and making meaningful choices.
