In the first session, clients can expect a warm and welcoming environment where they can share their concerns and goals. We will start with an introduction, allowing you to share a bit about yourself and what brings you to therapy. I will ask questions to understand your background, current challenges, and any specific issues you'd like to address. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about my approach and the therapy process. Together, we will set goals and outline a plan for our future sessions, focusing on creating a safe space for open communication and support.
