Hello and Welcome! I'm Kendra and I love helping people through my unique background in education and mental health counseling. You have probably been feverishly searching for the right person and you have finally found the right one. Do you have trouble staying organized, focused, or remembering to do things? Do any of those things cause you to feel anxious or worried? Do you find yourself being anxious about things that are out of your control? ADHD/ADD and anxiety are typically linked and both can be overwhelming. I help empower adults to manage their ADHD/ADD and reduce their anxiety. I also help people who are feeling anxious about making adjustments due to major changes in their lives such as going to college, relocating, leaving a job, etc.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will do quick introductions and then dive into the issues and concerns. Based on our conversation and your needs, you may be given homework assignments or tasks to try.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Whether or not you are dealing with ADHD/ADD, life adjustments, or anxiety I am here to help. You are more than deserving of having a space to heal, have peace of mind, and transform.
