Hi, I’m Rhonda Thomas, LCSW—a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience helping individuals heal from trauma, manage stress, and reconnect with themselves. I specialize in trauma recovery, parenting support (including special needs parenting), anxiety, burnout, and life transitions. Whether you're navigating the emotional weight of past experiences or juggling the daily demands of parenting, I provide a safe and supportive space for you to slow down, reflect, and grow. As a mom and mental health professional, I understand the emotional toll caregiving and high expectations can take. You're not alone—and you don’t have to carry everything by yourself. I use trauma-informed approaches, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness techniques, always tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally resilient in your everyday life. I offer both virtual and in-person sessions.
