In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Starting therapy can seem very overwhelming, which is why I put forth every effort to make this a safe space for you. Therapy together starts with an intro session where I'll learn about your journey. We will develop some goals for therapy and work together from there!

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I provide a clear, evidence based framework that helps clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. At the same time, I tailor each treatment plan to the individual, recognizing that no two people experience challenges in exactly the same way. We don’t just talk about problems, we actively work on solutions, using tools like thought records, behavioral experiments, and real life skill building. Progress is measurable, and clients are empowered with strategies they can continue to use long after therapy ends. Ultimately, my goal is to help people not only feel better but become their own therapist, equipped with the insight and tools to navigate future challenges with confidence.

I work with individuals ages 18 and up and I am trained in CBT and Motivational Interviewing. I can provide you with tools that you can use for the rest of your life. I am down to earth and easy going, and I know when and how to challenge you, while also providing a safe space for you to explore your inner world, your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors.

I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and use it as a foundational approach in my work with clients. I help individuals identify and reframe negative thought patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and take actionable steps toward their goals. By integrating CBT techniques with a collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationship, I empower clients to create meaningful and lasting change in their lives.
