Hi, I am Dr. Debra McCreary. After working in the public school setting as a classroom teacher, professional school counselor, and Pupil Personnel Worker for 30 years, I decided to retire in 2019. I went on to complete a PhD in Advanced Studies in Human Behavior and then obtained my LCPC in Maryland. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to identify I use an eclectic approach in therapy so that therapeutic modalities and treatment can be tailored to the individual needs of each client.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counsellor (LCPC) based in Maryland. I received my Masters in Addictions Counseling and Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University, as well as my Doctorate in Behavioral Health Counseling/Theology. I work with adolescents, young adults and seniors who are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression and PTSD helping them to have a productive and healthy lifestyle. My research studies are in Co-Occurring disorders/dule diagnosis, the coexistence of both mental and substance abuse.

Dr. Fanta Conde is a licensed psychotherapist with a profound understanding and attention to individualism and multiculturalism. She is an alumna of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, where she earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. In 2016, she earned a Doctorate Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. Fanta is passionate about her work in psychotherapy and her role in supporting clients to find peace, clarity, and happiness in all aspects of their lives. She has extensive experience in working with clients who present with various mental health disorders, relational concerns, and life transitions. Her approach to psychotherapeutic treatment is innovative and customized to the client’s individual needs. Dr. Conde brings a unique approach to individual, family, couple, and group therapy. Her extensive experience working in outpatient, residential, and in-home settings enables her to offer a multi-disciplinary, and creative approach to therapy.

I have worked with helping a multitude of clients with many disorders and personal backgrounds. In addition, I have a Ph.D in Addiction Psychology with over 25 years of sobriety myself. I am very familiar with all stages of addiction and am eager to help. I am a very kind hearted caring individual who takes pride in understanding the personal issues of others and applying personal treatment to meet their needs.
