Hi! I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker based in the DMV area ( Washington, DC, Maryland, VA) and Florida with over 11 years of experience helping kids, teens, young adults, and families. I provide telehealth only in the DMV and (both telehealth and in person) services in Florida. I love working with people who are figuring out school, friendships, family, big emotions, and all the tricky parts of growing up. I’m here to listen to what you’re going through and support you as you build confidence, learn coping skills, and take small steps toward feeling better. Together, we’ll figure out what works for YOU — in a calm, caring, and judgment-free space.

My treatment methods

Attachment-based

I use an attachment-based approach to help clients explore how early relational patterns influence their current emotional and interpersonal experiences. By fostering a secure therapeutic relationship, I support clients in developing healthier ways of connecting and regulating emotions.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients develop psychological flexibility by teaching them to accept difficult thoughts and feelings rather than avoid them. Through values-based action, I support clients in building a meaningful life aligned with what truly matters to them.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress. Together, we develop practical strategies and coping skills to promote healthier thinking, behavior, and emotional responses.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build skills in emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness. By balancing acceptance and change, I support clients in coping with emotions healthily

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients explore and understand their internal parts with compassion and curiosity. By fostering internal harmony, clients can heal wounded parts and access greater clarity, confidence, and calm in their lives.
