I am often told that I am easy to open up to and talk to. My open-heart and open mind fosters relatability with clients of all ages. I provide empathetic and active listening to ensure my clients feel heard. My client's livelihood means a lot to me so I take their problems as serious as I take my own because of how much I care. I thrive on assisting my clients with starving their fears and distractions and feed their focus and motivation to increase wellness and balance in their lives. I encourage you to experience my genuineness and authenticity, as I create a safe and warming space for you to process and work through your issues at your pace.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is really about getting to know each other. I’ll ask questions to learn more about what’s bringing you to therapy—what you’re struggling with, what you’d like support around, and what your goals might be. You don’t need to have it all figured out; just come as you are. We'll talk about your history, what’s been working (and what hasn’t), and start to explore what healing or change could look like for you. This is also a chance for you to ask questions about the process, my approach, and anything else you’re curious or concerned about. You’ll never be pressured to share more than you’re ready to. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, grounded, and judgment-free—so you can begin to feel more understood, supported, and in control of your next steps.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen and heard. I bring deep empathy and emotional presence into my work, allowing clients to explore even the most sensitive or painful experiences at their own pace. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship challenges, I approach each session with compassion, curiosity, and respect for your unique story. I’m especially attuned to the ways our personal struggles are shaped by relationships, identity, and past experiences, and I work holistically to support both healing and growth. My work is empowerment-oriented—I want you to feel stronger, more grounded, and more connected to your authentic self. I'm comfortable holding space for complexity, whether we're working through trauma, rebuilding confidence, or navigating intimacy and relational dynamics.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

With 10+ years of experience, I help children, teens and adults in individual, group, family and couple sessions. I am certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Sex Therapy. I am also a Registered Yoga Instructor where I use Trauma Informed Yoga. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, or struggling with past trauma, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to go through it alone. I help people work through these challenges in a way that feels supportive, respectful, and empowering. You might be here because you’re questioning your self-worth, facing relationship issues, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. I also work with women navigating life transitions, identity, and self-esteem, and with couples wanting to reconnect, communicate better, or improve their intimacy and sex life. My clients often tell me they appreciate having a space where they feel safe to be honest, challenged in a compassionate way, and seen for who they truly are. If you're ready to do the work, I’m here to walk alongside you.
