Summer Post is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 7years of experience working with individuals who are coping with severe persistent mental illness, depression, anxiety, trauma, family conflict, substance use, and many other presenting issues that individuals may be struggling with. Summer Post utilizes a wide range of tools to address clients' presenting issues. Summer is looking forward to meeting with you.
The first session will focus on understanding a client's presenting concerns. Summer Post will work with clients to develop an understanding of the puzzle pieces that create the amazing puzzle for each client.
Summer Post wants to help clients take control of their own emotions and build confidence in their self and their ability to get through any challenge that they may face.
Summer Post has experience working with individuals thirteen years and older who struggle with anxiety, depression, and Trauma. Counselor utilizes EMDRremote, which has built-in audio and visual BLS options.

What brought me to Summer was my insurance, but boy, I'm sure glad it did. In such a short period of time I've discovered so much about myself and have a long way to go yet but with her help she has given me the strength to prepare for new discoveries good and bad. When we first met I went through some major losses in my life and she guided me towards reflection and how to cope. And now we're on the path to discovering new things. I will always be grateful to have Summer in my life.
